The CNC Series with Straight Wheel Head are designed
to produce high-precision parts with a high production
rate. Our cylindrical grinding machines are ideal for
cylindrical components including camshafts, crankshafts,
transmission components and shafts.
Our high-volume, precise, and flexible cylindrical grinding
machines set the benchmark for engineered grinding
solutions of small-to-medium sized components.
The rigidly constructed spindle head employs high precision bearings assuring maximum spindle stability. It guarantees outstanding accuracy for external and internal diameter grinding (opt.) and face grinding.
The slide ways of table and wheel head are lubricated automatically by hydrostatical lubrication system. This provides various features such as extremely smooth movement, added feeding accuracy and superior grinding accuracy.
The hybrid hydrostatic bearings are used for the wheel spindle. The highly rigid bearings design prevents metal-to-metal contact and avoids vibration.
An automatic oil bath lubrication system has been provided for the tailstock to maintain high-level accuracy. An oil level gauge enables quick oil status checking.
