The Mini Genie Series is designed with the ultimate compact footprint.
They require a floorspace of less than 3 sq.
m and feature a grinding wheel with a diameter of 405/510 mm.
They are suitable for machining small workpieces.
Work Head: The work spindle, designed with NN bearings, offers heavy-duty load capacity, high rigidity, and optimal rotation accuracy.
The servo motor drive ensures consistent speed and torque during grinding operations.
Cross Slides: Made of Meehanite cast iron, the cross slides exhibit good thermostability, maintaining stability during temporary temperature changes (equipped with roller bearings and straight lead rails with Heidenhain linear scales).
Wheel Head: The wheel spindle, designed with NN bearings and a high-power motor, provides the necessary power for the 405 mm outer diameter of the wheel head, enhancing processing efficiency.
The angle of the wheel head can be set at 0 or 20 degrees.
Tailstock: The oil-bath tailstock remains lubricated, increasing the machine's durability.
It features a taper adjustment feature for faster workpiece setting.
Machine Base: The bath-type machine base is made of Meehanite cast iron, undergoing natural aging and double stress relief, ensuring stability and durability.
